As the name suggests, John ki Jaan is an online magazine devoted to my main passions in life: writing, photography, books, movies, food, wine, and travel. What you’ll discover here are movie, book, restaurant, and wine reviews; write-ups about our various travel adventures; my many photographs; and my fiction.
I chose the magazine format because I’m not a huge fan of blogs or blogging. I personally find reviews, fiction, and photos more interesting and useful than someone’s confessional ramblings or clueless whining.
As you browse through the pages, you’ll notice that some of them have more content than others—mostly because I do what I can in the limited time I have. (But also because I don’t eat out much and I read books very slowly.) And I haven’t even thought about setting up a picture database, so you’ll just have to enjoy the few snapshot icons that adorn the web site.
Still, I add content two or three times per week, so you’ll always find something new here. (And one day, the photos will be available for viewing.) So browse, read, and enjoy!
